The high quality of this snack is given both by the use of top quality ingredients, such as Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. aged 24 months, olive oil from the Tuscan hills and chickpea flour for a greater protein content, than from cooking in the oven, without adding chemicals, preservatives and dyes.
