Tortellino di Modena reflects the Emilia Romagna culinary excellence. Starting from the dough, which is obtained from wheat flour, eggs and water. All our fresh pasta is produced using bronze dies to ensure a rough surface that perfecly embrances any sauce or dressing.
The enchanting fillings are carefully selected and made with the best traditional food of the surrounding area, such as cured ham, Parmigiano Reggiano and mortadella.
