To preserve the integrity of our products, from March to September shipments in Italy will be carried out from Monday to Wednesday and in Europe only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Therefore, orders received from Thursday to Sunday in Italy and from Wednesday to Sunday in Europe will be completed the following Monday to prevent them from being held for collection in couriers' depots for long periods of time.
Moreover, during this period orders will be packed in special isothermal containers that, with the support of a food-grade refrigerant, will limit sudden changes in temperature and ensure all the organoleptic features of the products remain unaltered.
From October to February, shipments in both Italy and Europe will be carried out from Monday to Friday.
Orders will be packed with double protective packaging and, if necessary, polystyrene containers and food-grade refrigerant will be used as well to protect products from shocks and temperature changes.
Shipping will be carried out with different couriers according to the area and country of destination to ensure the best possible service for our Clients.
There are 3 shipping options for deliveries in Italy:
this is the most economical solution, where orders are delivered within 72/96 hours. However, delivery times may be shorter in larger towns and areas better served by the service (24/48 hours).
this is the solution with the best speed/price ratio and ensures delivery in 24/48 hours in main Italian towns.
Express courier – Delivery to a specific floor level:
this shipping mode combines the speed of an express courier with the service providing delivery to a specific floor level. This is ideal if the delivered order is heavy or consists of several packs or whenever, for various reasons, it is difficult to reach the street level.
For deliveries in Europe you can instead choose between:
shipment by road with delivery in 48/72 hours in most of Europe.
airmail service with delivery in most of Europe in 24/48 hours.
Once the courier collects the pack, an email with the link to track the shipment is sent to the address specified by the Client at the time of registration. This way, the Client can locate the order at any time via the courier's website.
At the time of delivery we recommend checking that the number of packs delivered matches the number mentioned on the delivery note of the carrier and ensuring the packaging is intact. Should there be any missing products or if the packs are damaged, please report the words "RISERVA SPECIFICA" (Italian for CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE"), provide a detailed specification of the reason why on the delivery note of the carrier and ensure the courier signs/undersigns it. Moreover, we recommend taking photos of the damage incurred and promptly reporting what happened by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The delivery times of the orders vary according to the destination and time of year.
In Italy this is generally 24h/48h, except for islands and remote areas, which may require 72h.
Deliveries in Europe are instead within 72h/96h for shipments by road or even 48h in some areas. With our Air Freight service times are instead reduced to 24h/48h across the whole of Europe, except for remote areas or islands, which may require longer.
Delivery times may be longer during the Christmas period, given the high demand in the transport sector. This is usually not more than 24h.
The reported delivery times are to be considered as an indication and are not binding. Therefore, in the event of force majeure or a fortuitous event Rosa S.R.L. will not be responsible for late deliveries.
