A typical product of the Po Plain, Grana Padano is a precious and delicious cheese, symbol of Italian fine food excellence worldwide. Obtained from semi-skimmed cows milk, it is a semi-fat hard cheese, finely grained, white or straw colour.
It is a food rich in calcium, protein, mineral salts and vitamins, and also has an excellent ratio between energy value, quality and quantity of nutrients contained.
It is ideal for aperitifs and hors d'oeuvre as well as table cheese. Excellent for hot dishes such as flan, soufflés or vegetable pies and for creaming pasta, risotto and soups.
